Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cuadra arrived unannounced for the purpose of reviewing the physical plant for updated fire clearance for designating a bedridden resident and met with Licensee, Emilce Deller.
LPA/Licensee toured the facility, including the bedroom involved in the updated fire clearance, which is the room located in the hallway, next to the main bathroom. No new construction was done. The facility sketch designating one room as a bedridden room and indicating the ambulatory status for each room was updated as of 6/20/2025 after the fire safety inspection was approved.
No deficiencies noted at the time of this visit in the areas toured by LPA.
