The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst(LPA) arrived to conduct an annual Inspection, on 6/24/25 at approximately 9:30am, and was greeted by Xiaohong Wang, Administrator and Xiangzhong Fan, Administrator back-up.

Facility has fire clearance approval for five (5) ambulatory clients. There are currently three (3) residents in care; The clients are all attending day program services.

The LPA reviewed three resident files. All files were complete.

The LPA reviewed three (3) staff files. All staff have criminal record clearance as required. LPA reviewed staff training. All staff have required first aid certification and CPR certification.

The LPA toured the facility. Hot water was measured at 110.6 degrees Fahrenheit. All exits were free and clear of obstruction. Fire extinguishers (4) were serviced and tagged as required. There was a sufficient supply of food. LPA observed a sufficient supply of hygiene products, cleaners/disinfectants, paper products, linens, furnishings, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Facility had a first aid kit as required. All medications were locked and inaccessible to residents in care. All cleaners/disinfectants and tools, items that may be a risk to residents in care, were locked up and inaccessible during the LPA's inspection. The backyard was free and clear of obstructions in all pathways. The large covered wooden deck was clean and had a table and chairs for clients use. The backyard fire exit gate opened freely as required.

No deficiencies cited during today's visit.
