Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cuadra arrived at facility unannounced to conduct a case management and met with Administrator Hanna Peralta to follow up on concerns identified regarding food services of freestanding freezer located in the garage storing resident's food was not been monitored by facility staff for daily temperatures to ensure safe storage.

During today's visit, LPA made observations of the freezer located in the garage and it was found within compliance by maintaining a daily refrigerator temperature log including the month of August 2024 to ensure that perishable food is stored in a safe and healthful manner.

No deficiencies cited during today's visit. Exit interview conducted with Administrator and a copy of this report was given.
