Licensing Program Analyst Bertozzi arrived unannounced to conduct a Case Management inspection and met with Administrator, Katelyn Ledesma.
LPA is following up regarding a recent incident where resident, R1 was observed in their room on the floor. Based on caregiver assessment, resident was sent to the hospital. Facility received notification of resident's passing the following day. LPA reviewed documents during visit.
LPA has requested that facility obtain a copy of the resident's death certificate and provide to CCL.
No deficiencies cited during this inspection.
