Facility is not meeting the needs of resident in care - Complaint alleges that resident requires constant supervision and that staff are not meeting the need. LPA confirmed through document review that resident's doctor did not identify the resident as needing one to one supervision.
Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
