Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alviso conducted a Required - 1 Year inspection, on 4/20/26 at approximately 3:10pm, and met with Program Manager, Victoria Trentacoste. Administrator Jerry Corradi arrived from the other day program to meet with the LPA.
Today, there were thirty-two (32) participants at day program services. Participants do access the community for jobs, outings, and activities, with care and supervision by staff.
The facility has a required infection control plan. The facility has a required emergency disaster plan. No clients are storing and/or handling own medications at day program, per staff, Administrator Corradi and Program Manager Trentacoste.
All facility exits were clear and free of obstruction. Bathrooms were clean and orderly; Bathrooms had soap and paper towels for client use. Kitchen area was clean and orderly. Refrigerator for client lunches, snacks, and drinks, was clean and orderly. There were arts and crafts supplies, games, and many other activity items for clients in care.
This annual inspection will be continued at a later date.
