Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alviso arrived to conduct a required- 1 year inspection, on 8/6/25 at approximately 1:27pm, and met with Randy Lauron, Licensee/Administrator.
Facility has received a fire clearance approval from the local fire department for four (4) ambulatory clients. Rooms #1 & #2 are private, and room #3 is a shared room. Facility has smoke alarms which are also carbon monoxide detectors. All utilities were working appropriately during the inspection.
Facility has a required infection control plan and emergency disaster plan.
Licensee stated that they are still waiting to be vendorized by North Bay Regional Center in order to have regional center clients placed in the home.
LPA verified during the inspection that there are no clients residing in the facility at this time. LPA requested that the Administrator notify the Department when they have a resident placed in the home. Administrator agreed.
