The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alviso arrived unannounced to conduct a required - 1 year inspection, on 7/22/25 at approximately 10:20am, and was met by Lola and Stanley Alli, Licensee/Administrators. There are currently four (4) clients in care at the facility.

Facility has a fire clearance approval for four (4) non-ambulatory. Facility has a required emergency disaster plan, and a required Infection control plan. All fire extinguishers, four (4), were observed to be fully charged, serviced and tagged as required. Emergency disaster drills were last conducted on 7/16/25, fire drill, and 7/14/25, an earthquake drill.Smoke alarms, including carbon monoxide detectors, were working properly when checked, smoke alarms are hard wired.

Lpa reviewed four staff (4) staff files. All staff have criminal record clearance as required. Staff had required first aid and CPR certification.

LPA and Licensee’s/Administrator toured the buildings and grounds which was found to be clean and orderly. LPA observed all walkways and exits to be free and clear of obstruction. There was a sufficient supply of food. Sufficient supply of hygiene products, paper products, cleaners/disinfectants, linens, and personal protective equipment (PPE) supplies. Hot water was measured at 109.9 degrees Fahrenheit, which is within regulation. All bathrooms had grab bars and non-slip flooring/mats for resident use as needed. Medications are centrally stored in a locking medication cart, making medications inaccessible to clients in care.
