Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hansen arrived unannounced at facility for the purposes of conducting a Subsequent visit from initial date 3/20/2025. LPA met with Carolina Rodas-Reyes, Head Medication Technician, a designee as all Management is off for the holiday, but spoke with on phone who authorized Head Medication Technician to sign for todays visit.
LPA conducted interviews, and made observations.
