Licensing Program Analyst Hansen conducted an unannounced case management and met with Med Technician Kathleen Perry as Tolu Faaita Business Office Manager & Lupe Villa-Guerrero Director of Health Services are out of town at a meeting. The purpose of the case management visit was to obtain additional information regarding 2 SOC 341's submitted to the Regional Office by the facility on 4/25/2022 for R 1, a second on 4/26/2022 submitted for R 2 and R 3.
LPA interviewed staff, acquired more information, and toured the facility.
No deficiencies cited during today’s visit.
