Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tobola conducted an unannounced Annual Required – 1 yr. Infection Control inspection for this facility and met with Program Director, Nick Paine (NP). The facility is licensed by Solano Developmental Services INC. and currently provide services for 34 clients; a majority of which participate in program Monday through Friday with the remaining clients served remotely. There were 28 clients participating in program at the time of visit. Facility has contracted with R&D Transportation Services for client transportation.
LPA continued a tour of the facility with Program Director, facility was found to be clean and at a comfortable temperature with all exits free from obstruction. Fire extinguisher was found to be last charged on 12/9/2022. Water was measured at faucets accessible to clients and measured between 113.1 and 118.4 degrees F, which is within Title 22 regulation requirements between 105 to 120 degrees F. Carbon Monoxide detector tested and found to be functional. Facility agrees to contact Vallejo Fire Department for an update on the fire inspection. LPA conducted file review and found all staff to have 1st aid & CPR training on file.
Facility has submitted a mitigation program plan for review. Posters are found throughout the facility for COVID protocols and practices. Facility has a station at main entrance with a sign in sheet in place, hand sanitizer and other items designated for clients and staff. Staff and clients are screened on a daily basis and recorded. Per management staff, clients bring individual lunches with snack available throughout the day. Facility has modified activities and transportation services to ensure social distance practices.
No deficiencies cited during today's visit.
