Facility Evaluation Report

At approximately 9:15AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Chris Arnhold arrived at this facility unannounced, to conduct a health and safety inspection. LPA met with Administrator Michelle Jangar and toured the facility. The interior of the home was clean, in good repair and at a comfortable temperature. LPA observed facility had the required amounts of food. All required postings were located in highly visible areas. The outdoor area of the facility was clean with seating areas in the shade for resident use. Emergency exit paths were free from obstruction.

No violations were observed and no citations were issued.
