On 08/06/2025, an informal office meeting was conducted in the Santa Rosa Regional Office. Present in the meeting were Regional Manager, Carla Nuti-Martinez, Licensing Program Analyst, Anthony Loera, and Licensee, Tinika Murphy.
The purpose of the informal office meeting was to discuss facilities future plan of operation as there are currently no clients in care.
Licensee ensured that two tenants living at facility (non-staff) will get fingerprint clearance and associated to facility.
