At approximately 1:30 PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elias Magdaleno arrived announced to conduct a case management - other visit and met Administrator Cecilia Ganzon.
Administrator allowed LPA entry to conduct a walk through of the building. LPA checked all resident rooms, bathrooms, out door space, sheds, and garage. LPA observed the home to be empty of residents and resident belongings. The only belongings observed belong to home owner and family.
Based on observation, there are no residents present and no one is receiving care or supervision.
Exit interview conducted with Administrator, whose signature on form confirms receipt.
