On 03/19/2026 LPA Ali Deniz conducted case management visit at the facility regarding the additional policy information requested by Community Care Licensing (CCL) and met with administrator Camille Brown.
LPA requested facility records and documentation, including policies related to staffing, supervision, documentation practices, reporting requirements, and emergency procedures. LPA also requested a facility layout/diagram.
