Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Contreras arrived unannounced to conduct a required annual inspection visit and was greeted by Assistant office worker Mechelle Rabot. Administrator (admin) Troy Richard arrived shortly after. Facility is an Adult Residential Facility with a fire clearance approved for capacity of six (6) clients. There are currently 3 clients in care.
LPA toured the building and grounds which was found to be clean and in good repair. LPA observed all walkways and exits to be unobstructed inside facility. Facility missing PUB 475 poster, admin downloaded and posted a temporary one but will send picture to CCLD with the correct measurement of the PUB 475 to be 20" x 26" to avoid deficiencies (Technical Violation given). Clients have access to outdoor use with outdoor exits and walkways unobstructed. Facility has outdoor pool with secured fence around pool.
All bedrooms found to have required furnishings. Water temperatures in client accessible bathrooms read within the allowable range of 105 to 120 degrees F per Title 22 Regulations. LPA observed a supply of clean linens, hygiene products available for clients. LPA observed at least a 2-day supply of perishable and 7- day supply of non-perishable food and water. Facility kitchen, refrigerators and freezers were clean. Snacks accessible to clients. Toxins are stored in a locked closet and inaccessible to clients. Emergency food and water observed. Fire extinguishers were charged and last inspected on 7/22/2025. Carbon and fire alarms were tested and operational. Disaster Drills are recorded and conducted. Phone accessible for clients.
