At approximately 9:15AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Felias and Sarangi arrived unannounced to conduct a Case-Management Plan of Corrections (POC) visit and met with Administrator, Richard Remigio.
LPAs discussed the deficiency cited during a visit conducted on 7/1/2022. Administrator stated that corrections were completed but not sent to Community Care Licensing (CCL).
Administrator provided plan of corrections to LPAs. Deficiency cleared during visit.
No deficiencies cited during this inspection.
