The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jill Nakagawa arrived unannounced to conduct a Case Management visit to check on the status of residents in care. Two clients and three staff were at the facility at the time of the visit.

LPA conducted an inspection of the facility and found it to be clean and well- organized. The kitchen was well-stocked with an ample supply of perishable and non-perishable foods. The grounds were clean, with no debris.

Two of the four clients were at the facility and appeared well-cared for and expressed their satisfaction with the care they were receiving. One client was in skilled nursing and the fourth client was still at Day Program at the time of inspection.

No deficiencies found at the time of inspection. No citations issued.
