Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jill Nakagawa arrived unannounced at the address of 219 Red Pheasant Drive in Vacaville to make a final inspection to officially close the facility. No representative of the facility was available and the property is no longer in the control of the Licensee.

LPA met with the current tenant at the address. The tenant was unaware that the address had been a Retirement Community for the Elderly and said that they were the only one living at the house.

LPA was not granted access into the house but determined that the facility was no longer in operation. Licensee informed CCL that all the residents of Red Pheasant had found placement at other facilities.

A copy of this report will be sent to Licensee.
