Based on record review, observations made, and interviews conducted, the allegation of staff showed residents on social media without resident consent is UNSUBSTANTIATED. A finding that the complaint allegation is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
