Facility Evaluation Report

On 04/30/2026 at approximately 09:45AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ali Deniz made an unannounced required annual inspection of this senior care facility.

Upon arrival, there no one was at the facility. LPA returned to the car and placed a call in attempt to have someone meet LPA at the facility for inspection. No one responded after repeated calls and knocking. LPA left a voicemail at (408) 382-1930.

A follow-up visit will be attempted in the next few days.

On 05/13/2026 at approximately 01:15PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ali Deniz called the facility to schedule the visit. Visit will be conducted on 05/21/2026.

On 05/21/2026 at approximately 09:30AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ali Deniz arrived announced to continue 1-Year Required visit of this licensed Residential Care Facility for The Elderly (RCFE). LPA was greeted by Licensee, Norman Vargera. The facility is a single story home with four (4) resident bedrooms and one (1) staff room. Fire Clearance has been approved for 4 non-ambulatory clients. The facility currently has no clients in care at the time of this visit and Licensee stated that the facility is not being operated.
