Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jill Nakagawa arrived unannounced at the address of 237 Lawler Ranch Parkway to make a final inspection to officially close the facility. The Administrator of the facility, John Girard met LPA and conducted a final walk through of the property.
LPA determined that the facility was no longer in operation. All residents had found placement at other facilities.
