LPA's Alviso and Contreras arrived at facility to conduct a case management visit and was greeted by staff Joanna Hall. LPAs and administrator toured the facility.
LPAs observed a sufficient amount of food, perishables and non-perishables. LPAs observed all utilities, lights, water, thermostat were on and working properly. Cable, television and phone line were functional. Facility was found to be clean and orderly. Currently the facility's plan of operation is being maintained by current lead staff, Joanna Hall and Keith Hall.
There were no deficiencies cited during today's visit,
