Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Farhaan Sarangi arrived unannounced at Village at Rancho Solano, The for the purpose of conducting a Plan of Correction (POC) inspection. LPA was greeted at the door by Assistant Administrators, Francine Tattiano and Lauren Cottman, and was granted access into the facility.

LPA reviewed the Plan of Correction. Plan of Correction submitted to the LPA observed to be appropriate at this date and time.

No Deficiencies were observed or cited during this Plan of Correction (POC) inspection. Exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was given to the Assistant Administrator.
