Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst Leibert arrived unannounced for the purpose of following up on an incident of client AWOL. LPA met with Jessica Stillman to discuss the incident of 8/9/2023. LPA reviewed documents and learned that the client, C1, was cleared to leave the facility unassisted by C1's physician. Client was located and subsequently returned to the program. All required reporting was done by the facility staff.
