At approximately 9:50 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Star Stevenson arrived unannounced to conduct a Case Management Visit upon receiving an SOC341 and self-reported incident report received by the Department on 03/27/2026. LPA met with Work Force Inclusion(WFI) Case Manager Gilda James-Conely who helped with today's case management visit.
LPA conducted interviews, made observations and obtained documents.
