Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Melissa Parks arrived on Monday January 22, 2024 to conduct the unannounced annual inspection.
LPA met with Program Administrator Kaitlin and explained the purpose of the visit.
During today's visit, the Compliance and Regulatory Enforcement Tool was used. LPA reviewed 8 client files and 6 staff files. All files contained the required paperwork.
LPA and Program Administrator toured facility together to ensure the health and safety of clients in care. Areas toured included common area, activity spaces, kitchen, bathrooms, and backyard. Facility has a full supply of PPE. Cleaning products are kept locked and inaccessible to clients. Facility currently manages one client's medication. Medication is kept locked in the office. In the areas toured no immediate health, safety, or personal rights violations were observed.
LPA requested the facility send an updated LIC500 and current lease agreement to the Regional Office.
No deficiencies cited. Exit interview conducted and copy of report left at the facility.
