The inspector’s account

At approximately 12:40 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Star Stevenson returned to CONTINUE a required 1-year inspection and met with Administrator Janne Angeles, LPA was advised that one (1) of four (4) clients were present and three (3) were away in day programming.

At approximately 12:55 PM LPA reviewed five (5) staff files and four (4) client files. Five (5) of 5 staff files reviewed have the required paperwork and proof of current First Aid, CPR training, and TB clearance. Four (4) of four (4) client files reviewed have all the required paperwork. Facility coordinates medical and dental visits for the clients and take them to their appointments.

At approximately 1:35 PM, LPA reviewed medications and medication records which are maintained and stored in compliance with regulation. LPA reviewed P&I monies and logs, which were organized, maintained, and stored according to regulation.

LPA obtained copies of the following documents during today's inspection.

No deficiencies cited during today's inspection. Exit interview conducted with administrator whose signature on form confirms receipt of documents.
