Licensing Program Analyst Leibert arrived unannounced for the purpose of POC visit. LPA was met by Madonna Martinez and the Acting Administrator, Romeo Cade. LPA had, prior to the visit, verified Mr. Cade's current Administrator's Certificate. The citation issued 4/23/2024 is cleared.
