Complaint Investigation Report

A finding that the complaint allegation of facility staff financially abusing resident is unsubstantiated meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. Exit interview was conducted and a copy of this was report was signed and given to the Care Coordinator for Assisted Living.
