Licensing Program Analyst Bertozzi arrived unannounced to conduct a Plan of Correction visit and met with Licensee/Administrator, April Thomas.

Based on conversation with Licensee and LPA observations, deficiencies cited April 10, 2023 by LPA Sarangi are being cleared today.
