Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Star Stevenson received an email on 08/20/2025 that licensee, Gloria Velarde Morales had closed Happy Village Living Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) and had sold the home on 1564 Nightfall Lane, Fairfield Ca to new owner (NO), effective 08/07/2025.
The Licensee initiated this facility closure and submitted a closure notice on 08/20/25 by email with the licensee indicating a two story facility being a challenge to accepting elderly residents.
LPA requested proof of sale of the home and copy of original license and later on 08/20/2025, licensee supplied by email, a "Final Seller's Settlement Statement" from Old Republic Title Company and the name of the new buyer and name and phone number of the Real Estate agent having made the transaction.
Licensee reports never having accepted residents and sold the home to a private party.
Facility will be closed once signed copy of this report is received by Community Care Licensing from the licensee.
