Facility Evaluation Report

At the annual inspection conducted on 03//202023 an advisory note was issued detailing the requirements of 85076(d)(1), regarding the fresh and non perishable food minimum requirements. Licensing Program Analyst Leibert returns today for the purpose of reviewing the food supply. LPA toured the facility and inspected the food in two refrigerators and on shelves. There was adequate fresh and non perishable food on hand for the staff and three adult male clients. No further action is necessary.
