The inspector’s account

At approximately 10:00 AM Licensing Program Manager (LPA) Star Stevenson arrived unannounced to CONTINUE a required 1-year annual inspection and was met by caregivers who called Administrator Kristine Lorenzo who arrive at approximately 10:15 AM to help with today's continued inspection.

At approximately at 10:15 AM, LPA reviewed five (5) staff files and six (6) resident files. Five (5) of five (5) staff files reviewed have the required paperwork and proof of current First Aid and CPR training. Six (6) of 6 resident files reviewed have all the required paperwork.

At approximately 11:25 AM, LPA reviewed medications and medication records which are maintained and stored in compliance with regulation.

No deficiencies cited during today's inspection
