On 3-10-25 Licensing Program Analyst LPA Sarah Benson and Kayla Adkison arrived at the facility and met with Licensee Juanita Potts and Erykah Tiberlake Small for a Health and Safety check.
LPA Benson requested copies of the client files. The Licensee stated they don't have a copy machine. LPA Benson requested to remove the client files to make copies on 3-10-25 and return files 3-10-25.
