The inspector’s account

On 2/14/2024 1:30 PM Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Sarah Benson made an unannounced visit to the facility and met with Erykah Timberlake-Small House Manager. LPA Benson and Erykah Timberlake-Small toured the facility together. During the tour LPA observed, the facility sketch does not match with the facility sketch on file. Not present on the facility sketch is a resident room to the left of the laundry room.
