The inspector’s account

During the investigation process staff were interviewed and incident reports were reviewed.

It was alleged that a staff member handled a resident in an aggressive manner. While investigating the above LPA Chiarelli interviewed staff and the administrator. While interviewing LPA Chiarelli received conflicting statements as to what happened during the incident in question. Due to this the preponderance of evidence was not met and the above allegation is unsubstantiated.

Although the above allegation mentioned may have happened, or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the above findings are Unsubstantiated .
