On May 20 2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sarah Benson arrived unannounced to conduct a case management visit. During today's inspection LPA met with Administrator Krystle Love.
LPA arrived to obtain further information regarding incident reports submitted on 4-6-26 and 5-5-26. During today's inspection LPA interviewed Administrator and requested resident documents. In addition, LPA interviewed 1 resident in care.
No deficiencies were cited during this visit. Department will follow up further if warranted.
