On 1-23-26 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sarah Benson met with Administrator Christian Herr at Oasis Residential -Granada. LPA and administrator met at the Grenada property as Oasis Residential West burnt down July 2018.
LPA Benson explained to the administrator the purpose of the visit is to conducted an unannounced Required 1 Year Annual Inspection for Oasis Residential West Visit.
No deficiencies were cited during today's visit.
Exit interview conducted and a copy of report was left with administrator.
