On 10-13-23, Licensing Program Analyst LPA met with Heather Newcom general manager to discuss the amended report 9099 dated 08-24-23..
LPA Sarah Benson ask Health Newcom about keeping residents safe while leaving laundry soap available to residents in care. Heather Newcom stated the facility will keep the laundry soap in a locked area for the health and safety of residents in care.
