Facility Evaluation Report

On 4/29/2026 licensing program analyst Marisa Chiarelli arrived at the facility unannounced to conduct a required 1 year inspection, LPA met with administrator Jennifer Cravens and explained the purpose of the visit.

Administrator explained to LPA Chiarelli that currently the facility is not able to accept clients due to Regional Center unable to fund the program. Administrator did not realize the license is still active and will talk with their administration about sending a letter to Community Care Licensing (CCL) to discontinue the license.

LPA Chiarelli was able to verify the facility does not have any clients.
