Facility Evaluation Report

On April 3, 2025 at 11:00 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kayla Adkison arrived at the facility unannounced to conduct a Required-1 Year inspection. LPA met with Administrator, Jennifer Cravens, and explained the purpose of the visit.

Administrator informed LPA the facility is not currently serving any clients as it is not funded by the Regional Center at this time. LPA contacted Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Lauren Crocker who informed licensee a meeting could be set up with Community Care Licensing (CLL) and the Regional Center to discuss maintaining the active license and opening to serve clients in the future.

LPA toured the facility and confirmed there are no clients in care.

No deficiencies are being cited as a result of this inspection
