Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Marrufo conducted an unannounced Case Management - Non-Compliance quarterly visit and met with Program Director Maria Mendoza.

During visit, LPA Marrufo tested the water temperatures in the sinks of four out of four bathrooms. One out of four bathroom sinks had water temperature at 110 F. Three out of four bathroom sinks had water temperatures that started at 86 F and rose to 125 F and then dropped down to 86 F again.

A deficiency was cited as per California Code of Regulations Title 22. See LIC809-D page for more information. A civil penalty of $250 is being assessed today for a repeated violation. See LIC421FC for more information.
