Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Marrufo conducted an unannounced Case Management - Legal/Non-Compliance visit.
During visit, LPA Marrufo checked the water temperatures in five out of five resident bathrooms. Each bathroom sink had water temperatures ranging from 107 F to 117 F.
No deficiencies were cited at this time as per California Code of Regulations Title 22. This report was reviewed with Program Director Maria Mendoza and a copy of this report was provided.
