Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Marrufo conducted an unannounced Required - 1 Year visit and met with Katherine Blessing.
During visit, LPA Marrufo toured the facility inside and out.
LPA toured the facility kitchen and observed there to be a perishable food supply of at least two days and a non-perishable food supply of at least seven days.
LPA toured seven out of seven resident bathrooms. Each bathroom had working lights and available soap and paper towels. The water temperatures in the bathroom sinks measured between 108 F to 113 F.
LPA toured seven out of seven bedrooms. Each bedroom had working lights and available bedding and clothing storage areas.
LPA tested the smoke detectors in the hallways and resident bedrooms and each smoke detector functioned properly when tested. LPA tested two out of two carbon monoxide detectors. Each detector functioned properly when tested. LPA toured the outside area and found it to be clear of obstructions.
LPA observed the first aid kit and found it to be complete. The emergency disaster drill log indicates the last drill was conducted on 01/16/2026.
