Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Marrufo conducted an unannounced Required 1 Year visit and met with Daniel Sanchez.
During visit, LPA toured the facility inside and out. LPA toured the facility kitchen and food storage areas and observed there to be a perishable food supply of at least two days and a non-perishable food supply of at seven days. LPA reviewed the first aid kit and found it to be complete.
LPA toured three out of three resident bedrooms. Each bedroom had working lights and available bedding and clothing storage areas. LPA tested the smoke detectors in the bedrooms and hallways, and each smoke detector functioned properly when tested. LPA tested the carbon monoxide detector and it functioned properly when tested.
LPA toured the facility bathroom and observed there to be working lights and available soap and paper towels. The water temperature in the bathroom sink measured at 116 F.
LPA toured the outside area and found the exits to be clear of obstructions. LPA reviewed the emergency disaster drill log and found the last drill occurred on 01/18/2025. LPA reviewed 6 out of 6 resident Personal and Incidental Money Logs, 1 out of 1 Centrally Stored Medication and Destruction Logs (only one resident takes medications), and 6 out of 6 resident records and found them all to be complete. LPA reviewed 4 staff records and found them to be complete.
No deficiencies were cited at this time as per California Code of Regulations Title 22. This report was reviewed with Administrator Daniel Sanchez and a copy of this report was provided.
