Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Marrufo conducted an unannounced Required 1 Year visit and met with Serina Chee.

During visit, LPA Marrufo toured the facility inside and out. LPA Marrufo observed the facility to have a visitor screening area at the entrance. LPA Marrufo observed the bathrooms to have available soap, paper towels, and hand washing signs. A PPE supply of at least 30 days was observed. A perishable food supply of at least 2 days and a non-perishable food supply of at least 7 days were observed.

No deficiencies were cited at this time as per California Code of Regulations Title 22.
