During visit LPA observed the facility is enclosed with a steel fence around the whole property and windows are boarded up.
ADM stated the facility is non-operational and has suspended operations due to the fire that occurred on 08/2019.
ADM stated the facility does not have any residents at this time.
No deficiencies were cited at this time as per California Code of Regulations Title 22.
