Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Marcella Tarin conducted an unannounced Case Management for a welfare/wellness check at the facility. LPA met with Staff Phillip Von Haesler and stated the purpose of the visit.
During visit, LPA Tarin toured the facility. LPA toured the activity area, and observed residents engaged in a bingo activity and crafting activity with staff.
No deficiencies cited per California Code of Regulations, Title 22. Exit interview conducted with Staff Phillip Von Haesler and a copy of the report was provided.
