Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Manuel Monter conducted an unannounced annual inspection visit, and met with Licensee (LN) Chris Patio. During the visit, LPA observed 1 staff. LPA explained the purpose of the visit. LN stated the home is a Level 4 home.
LPA toured the facility inside out with LN which included the Living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 restrooms and 3 residents bedrooms. The front yard and backyard were inspected. LPA observed the garage being used storage/ laundry area. There was no obstruction to block the walkways.
LPA observed the medication storage area, knives storage area, and cleaning product storage area as locked and inaccessible to residents in care. Room temperature was at 75 degrees F, and hot water temperature was measured at 118 degrees F in resident bathrooms.
Fire extinguisher was serviced in August 1, 2024. The facility was equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Smoke detectors was tested by LN, and were functional.
LPA reviewed facility records for 1 staff. LN stated the facility is currently vendorized with San Andrea's Regional Center. LN stated the facility currently doesn't have any residents and are actively in the process of reviewing potential resident packets. LPA conducted interviews with 1 staff.
No deficiencies cited during today's visit. This report was reviewed with Licensee Chris Patio and a copy of the signed report was provided.
